Dear friends स्टीवन पॉल जॉब्स (24 फरवरी, 1955 - 5 अक्टूबर, 2011) एक अमेरिकी बिजनेस मैग्नेट और निवेशक थे। वह एप्पल इंक के अध्यक्ष, मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (सीईओ) और सह-संस्थापक थे। पिक्सर के अध्यक्ष और बहुमत शेयरधारक, पिक्सर के अधिग्रहण के बाद वॉल्ट डिज़नी कंपनी के निदेशक मंडल का सदस्य और NeXT के संस्थापक, अध्यक्ष और सीईओ। 1970 के दशक और 1980 के दशक के माइक्रो कंप्यूटर क्रांति के अग्रणी के रूप में जॉब्स को एप्पल के सह-संस्थापक स्टीव वोज़ाक के साथ अग्रणी माना जाता है। आइये आज हम उनके अनमोल विचारों को जानते हैं...

• Death is the biggest invention of this life.  It removes the old and opens the way for new ones.  You are new at this time but soon you will become old and clear by the way.

मौत ही इस जिंदगी का सबसे बड़ा आविष्कार है। यह पुराने को हटाकर नए के लिए रास्ता खोलती है। इस समय नए आप हैं पर जल्दी ही आप भी पुराने हो जाएंगे और रास्ते से साफ हो जाएंगे।

• What do you like really, you have to know.  As much as it is necessary to find your love, it is important to find the work that you really love.

आप रियली क्या पसंद करते हैं, यह आप को जानना होगा। जितना अपने लव को फाइंड करना जरूरी है, उतना ही उस काम को ढूंढना जरूरी है जिसे आप सचमुच एंजॉय करते हो।

• Remember that I will die very soon.  Helps me a lot in taking bigger decisions of my life.

इस बात को याद रखना कि मैं बहुत जल्दी मर जाऊंगा। मुझे अपनी लाइफ के बड़े डिसीजन लेने में बहुत ज्यादा मदद करता है।

• If you are not a moneynet about any work, then it is decided that you will leave it.

अगर आप किसी काम को लेकर पैसेनेट नहीं हो, तो यह तय है कि आप उसे छोड़ दोगे।

• Your work will be a big part of your life.

आपका काम आपकी जिंदगी का एक बड़ा हिस्सा होगा।

• Nobody wants to die, even those who want to go to heaven, too.

कोई मरना नहीं चाहता, यहां तक कि जो स्वर्ग में जाना चाहते हैं वो भी।

• Do not lose your faith.  I can say with conviction that I went ahead because I loved my work.  I love my work

आप अपना विश्वास मत खोइए। मैं यकीन के साथ कह सकता हूं कि मैं इसलिए आगे बढ़ता गया क्योंकि मैं अपने काम से प्यार करता था। I मुझे मेरे काम से प्यार है।

• Death is a useful but intellectual concept.

मृत्यु एक उपयोगी लेकिन बौद्धिक अवधारणा है।

• There is only one way to be truly satisfied.  You do what you consider to be great work and the only way to do great work is to do what you enjoy.

सच में संतुष्ट होने का केवल एक ही तरीका है।  आप वो करें जिसे आप बड़ा काम समझते हैं और बड़ा काम करने का एक ही तरीका है कि वो करें जो करना आप एंजॉय करें।

• Remember that one day is to die, the best way to overcome the fear of losing something.

इस बात को याद रखना कि एक दिन मरना है, किसी चीज के खोने के डर को दूर करने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका।

• I have never graduated from any college.

मैं कभी किसी कॉलेज से ग्रेजुएट नहीं हुआ हूं।

• Woznaik, is now living his life.  He has not been straying around Apple for almost 5 years but what he has done will be written in history.

Woznaik, अब अपनी जिंदगी जी रहा है। वह लगभग 5 सालों से Apple के आसपास भी नहीं भटका है लेकिन उसने जो किया है वह इतिहास में लिखा जाएगा।

• If I had not dropped out of college then the Mac would not have multiple typeface or professional font fonts because Windows had copied Mac;  So maybe these things do not happen in any personal computer.

अगर मैंने कॉलेज से ड्रॉपआउट नहीं किया होता तो मैक मे मल्टीपल टाइपफेसेज या प्रोफेशनल स्पेश फॉन्ट नहीं होता क्योंकि Windows ने मैक की कॉपी की थी; तो शायद किसी भी पर्सनल कंप्यूटर में ये चीजें नहीं होती।

• You can never connect dots by peeping in the future.  You can just connect the dots by looking at the past.  So you have to believe that what is happening now, someone will be connected to your future at some point in the future.

आप कभी भी फ्यूचर में झांककर डॉट्स कनेक्ट नहीं कर सकते। आप सिर्फ पास्ट देख कर ही डाट्स कनेक्ट कर सकते हैं। इसलिए आपको यकीन करना होगा अभी जो हो रहा है वह आगे चलकर किसी ने किसी जगह आपकी फ्यूचर से कनेक्ट हो जाएगा।

• You have to believe in something or something.  In your groups, your destiny, your life or your karma.

आपको किसी न किसी चीज़ में विश्वास करना ही होगा। अपने गट्स, अपनी डेस्टिनी, अपने जिंदगी या फिर अपने कर्म में।

• You can not ask the customer what they want?  And then let them make it. By the time you make it, they will start asking something new.

आप कस्टमर से यह नहीं पूछ सकते कि वो क्या चाहते हैं? और फिर उन्हें वो बना के दें।आप जब तक उसे बनायेंगे तब तक वो कुछ नया मागने लगेंगे।

• My job is not to be happy about people.  My job is to make them better than before. 

मेरा काम लोगों रहमो करम होना नहीं है। मेरा काम उनको पहले से बेहतर बनाना है।

• Perhaps death is the greatest invention of this life.

शायद मौत ही इस जिंदगी का सबसे बड़ा आविष्कार है।

• To remember that I will die very soon, I am most helpful in making big decisions in my life because once you think about death, all hope, all pride, fear of failure all  Something disappears and only one who survives is necessary to remember that one day is to die. The best way to overcome fear of losing something is the best way.

इस बात को याद रखना कि मैं बहुत जल्द मर जाऊंगा, मुझे अपनी जिंदगी के बड़े निर्णय लेने में सबसे ज्यादा मददगार होता है क्योंकि जब एक बार मौत के बारें में सोचता हुए, तब सारी उम्मीद,सारा गर्व, असफल होने का डर सब कुछ गायब हो जाता है और सिर्फ वही बचता है जो जरुरी है,इस बात को याद करना की एक दिन मरना है।किसी चीज को खोने के डर को दूर करने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है।

• You do not have to take any wrong decision. It is necessary that you do not want to tell thousands of things. By doing so, you will be able to run many work together and run on the same track.

आप कोई गलत फैसला न लें इसके लिए जरूरी है कि आप हजारो चीजों को ना कहना सीख जाएं।ऐसा करने से आप एक साथ बहुत से काम एक साथ करना छोड़ एक ही ट्रैक पर दौड़ेंगे।

• Converting interesting ideas and new technology into company which keeps searching for years, requires all discipline to do all this.

दिलचस्प विचारों और नयी प्रौद्योगिकी को कम्पनी में परिवर्तित करना जो सालों तक नयी खोज करती रहे , ये सब करने के लिए बहुत अनुशासन की आवश्यकता होती है।

• Many companies have decided to lay down.Maybe it will be right for them.We have chosen a different route. We believe that if we keep good products in front of the customer then they will continue to spend their money.

कई कम्पनियों ने छंटनी करने का फैसला किया है।शायद उनके लिए ये सही होगा।हमने अलग रास्ता चुना है।हमारा विश्वास है कि अगर हम कस्टमर के सामने अच्छे प्रोडक्ट्स रखते रहेंगे तो वो अपना पैसा खर्च करते रहेंगे।

• Make quality criteria. Some people do not live in such an environment where excellence is not expected.

गुणवत्ता  का मापदंड बनिए। कुछ लोग ऐसे वातावरण के आदि नहीं रहते  हैं जहाँ उत्कृष्टता की उम्मीद की नही जाती है।

• Design is not just about how things look or feel. Design is how things work.

डीजाइन सिर्फ यह नहीं है कि चीज कैसी दिखती या महसूस होती है ।डिजाइन यह है कि चीज काम कैसे करती है।

• Your time is limited, so do not waste it by living a life of someone else. Do not be fooled into thinking, do not run your life according to others, in the sounds of the thoughts of others, your inner voice, do not drown your intentions  Give it. They already know what you really want to be, but it's all mysterious.

आपका समय सीमित है, इसलिए इसे किसी और की जिंदगी जी कर व्यर्थ मत कीजिये।बेकार की सोच में मत फंसिए,अपनी जिंदगी को दूसरों के हिसाब से मत चलाइए औरों के विचारों के शोर में अपनी अंदर की आवाज़ को, अपने इन्ट्यूशन को मत डूबने दीजिए।वे पहले से ही जानते हैं की तुम सच में क्या बनना चाहते हो,बाकि सब गुढ है।

• The new discovery differs between a leader and a follower.

नयी खोज, एक लीडर और एक अनुयायी के बीच अंतर करती है।

• We do not want to take advantage of the opportunity to do a lot of things, but we should make every single product very excellent as it is our life and you know that life is very small and we all have to die.

हम ढेर सारी चीजों को करने के अवसर का फायदा नहीं लेना चाहते, बल्कि हमरा हर एक प्रोडक्ट को बहुत ही उत्कृष्ट करना चाहिए क्योंकि यह हमारा जीवन है और आपको यह पता है कि जीवन बहुत छोटा है और हम सभी को मरना होता है।

• Life can be even bigger, once you know the simple thing that the things around you that you call life, it was created by those people who were not much smarter than you,  can change.

जिंदगी और भी बड़ी हो सकती है, एक बार साधारण सी बात का आपको पता चल जाता है कि आपके चारों तरफ की चीजें जिसे आप जिंदगी कहते हैं, इसका निर्माण उन लोगों ने ही किया था जो आपसे ज्यादा smart नहीं थे और आप भी दुनिया को बदल सकते हैं।

• Creativity is simply to add things.

क्रिएटिविटी बस चीजों को जोड़ना है।

• You should always encourage people to discover new things.

आपको सदैव नई चीजों की खोज करने के लिए लोगों को प्रोत्साहित करना चाहिए।

• Only by not saying the rest, you can focus on things that are really important for you.

केवल बाकी चीजो ना कहने से ही आप उन चीजों पर ध्यान लगा सकते हैं जो आपके लिए वास्तव में बहुत जरूरी है।
