अगर तुम खुश रहना चाहते हो तो रहो.

यदि कोई व्यक्ति एक धर्मी जीवन की महत्वाकांक्षा रखता है तो उसका पहला संयम जानवरों को चोट ना पहुंचाना होना चाहिए.
