You have to make your own efforts to get the benefit in any work.  Nobody will invite you to benefit.

• किसी भी चीज़ के बढ़ने की कोई सीमा नहीं है। इसलिए स्वयं को बार-बार संशोधित कीजिए और नई कल्पना कीजिए। कल्पनाएं ही किसी भी सफलता का प्रमुख कारण है।

There is no limit to the growth of anything.  Therefore, revise yourself and re-imagine yourself.  Imaginations are the main reason for any success.

• नकारात्मकता को आशा, आत्मविश्वास और आस्था से चुनौती दें। मैं विश्वास करता हूँ कि महत्वकांक्षा और आपकी पहल अंत में विजय प्राप्त करेगी।

Challenge negativity with hope, confidence and faith.  I believe that ambition and your initiative will triumph in the end.

• हम अपने शासकों को नहीं बदल सकते पर जिस तरह वो हम पर शासन करते हैं उसे बदल सकते हैं।

We cannot change our rulers but we can change the way they rule us.

• युवाओं को अच्छा वातावरण प्रदान करने और उन्हें प्रेरित करने की ज़रूरत है। उन्हें सहयोग प्रदान कीजिए। प्रत्येक युवा अपार ऊर्जा का स्त्रोत है।

There is a need to provide a good environment to the youth and motivate them.  Provide them support  Every youth is a source of immense energy.

• समय सीमा पर काम समाप्त कर लेना पर्याप्त नहीं है। मैं समय सीमा से पहले काम खत्म करने की अपेक्षा करता हूँ।

It is not enough to finish the work on the deadline.  I expect to finish the work before the deadline.

• रिलायंस और भारत के लिए मेरा मानना है कि हमारे सपने विशाल होने चाहिए। हमारी महत्वकांक्षा उससे भी गहरी होनी चाहिए और हमारे प्रयास उससे भी बड़े होने चाहिए।

For Reliance and India, I believe our dreams should be huge.  Our ambition should be deeper than that and our efforts should be bigger than that.

• कुछ प्राप्त करने के लिए आपको गणना के अनुसार कुछ खतरा उठाना होगा।

To get something you have to take some risk according to the calculations.

• एक लक्ष्य हमारी पहुँच के अन्दर ही होता है, हवा में नहीं होता। इसे प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।

A goal is within our reach, not in the air.  This can be achieved.

• मैं पूर्णता से विश्वास करता हूँ कि भारतीयों में वह योग्यता है कि वो विश्व में सर्वश्रेष्ठ के साथ प्रतिस्पर्धा कर सकें।

I firmly believe that Indians have the ability to compete with the best in the world.

• मैं युवा उद्यमियों को सलाह देता हूँ कि वो विषमताओं में पराजय को स्वीकार नहीं करें और चुनौतियों का सामना करें।

I advise young entrepreneurs not to accept defeat in oddities and face challenges.

• विकास ऊर्जा है, विकास मूल्यवान है, विकास प्रसन्नता है और विकास ही जि़न्दगी है।

Development is energy, development is valuable, development is happiness and development is life.

• अधिकतर लोग सोचते हैं कि अवसर को प्राप्त करना भाग्य पर निर्भर है। मैं मानता हूँ कि अवसर हम सभी के चारों ओर हैं। कुछ लोग उन्हें पकड़ लेते हैं और बाकी केवल खड़े रहते हैं और अवसरों को जाने देते हैं।

Most people think that achieving the opportunity depends on luck. I believe that opportunities are all around us. Some capture them and the rest just stand and let opportunities go.
